If you are having trouble viewing the Shortcuts intro clip, you may be missing components required to view QuickTime movies in your browser. Missing components can cause several problems including:
  • a missing graphic icon appearing where the movie should be
  • a QuickTime scrollbar appearing, but no movie
  • a message stating that you may have trouble viewing the movie
  • a message telling you that you need QuckTime 3.0

To view QuickTime 3.0 streaming movies over the World Wide Web, your system requires two components: QuickTime 3.0 system software and the QuickTime plug-in for your browser.

Both QuickTime components are available for Mac OS, Windows 95, and Windows NT from our Download QuickTime page. Macintosh users, be sure to install the new QuickTime plug-in in your browser's plug-in folder after installing the QuickTime software on your system. It will be located in the QuickTime folder.
